For the purposes of this Statement, MPS definition of 'user' encompasses merchants, affiliate members, partners, ISO/sales agents, sales reps, sponsors, customers and cardholders and any other visitor who discloses information to the company. MPS is committed to respecting the privacy of your personal information and wants to promote trust and confidence on the Internet. To that end, MPS hereby outlines the type of information that is collected and tracked on this website and how MPS uses this information in its business operations.

Collection of Information From Inquiry Registration:  MPS collects personally identifiable information on its users through the registration process (merchant account questionnaire form, application, referral program application, and general inquiry information) where the applicant is required to give some of the following contact information: company information, product information, technical information, credit card information, account executive name, telephone number, email address, address.

MPS Zero Spam Policy:  Merchants or any third party working on their behalf shall not use the MPS mail service and or its name to send unsolicited e-mail messages, including, without limitation, bulk commercial advertising or informational announcements ("spam"). In addition, Merchants or any third party working on their behalf shall not (a) send e-mail messages which are excessive and/or intended to harass or annoy others, (b) continue to send e-mail messages or USENET postings to a recipient who has indicated that he/she does not wish to receive them, (c) send e-mail messages with forged header information, or (d) send malicious e-mail messages or USENET postings, including, without limitation, "email blasting."

Security:  MPS uses commercially reasonable precautions, such as security software, physical security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of its users' personal information; it is also committed to constantly improving its security measures as new technology is made available. MPS works diligently to protect the safety of customers' online purchases and merchants' sensitive information by using authentication technology (certificates) and encryption technology (SSL). Our secure server software encrypts all personal information, including credit card information and/or social security number, which is transmitted over the Internet to and from MPS websites.

Our Use and Disclosure of Your Information:  MPS may from time to time send emails to our users announcing special promotions, changes in our services or other information that we believe will be of interest to our users and customers. Please contact MPS If you prefer not to receive email from us.

Customer Service:  MPS may communicate with its users and customers on a regular basis to provide requested services, send updates, sent alerts, and inform about issues relating to accounts.  MPS may reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes. MPS may send confirming emails when orders are placed to confirm receipt of application, requests, and newsletter subscriptions.

Choice/Opt-Out:  Users who no longer wish to receive MPS’s newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the remove instructions at the end of each such communication. We also offer an opt-out mechanism on the website or the user may contact the Compliance Officer at our main address.

Surveys & Contests:  MPS may from time-to-time our website requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Users who have a contract with MPS will be notified of any changes and other users will be notified prior to collecting such information, as well as of changes to any other part of the business that MPS deems appropriate for disclosure
